Pico De Gallo

This simple Pico De Gallo is so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 small yellow onion diced
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno and garlic, and add into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice into the bowl, and add cumin. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir together, cover and let sit in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

For an even spicier kick, leave the seeds in your jalapeno!
